Coaching/Training Contract
Welcome to my tele-coaching/training service. This document constitutes an understanding and a contractual agreement between Heelheid Business Acquisition and Management Company Ltd., and you as the client. You should read this contract carefully and raise any questions and/or concerns that you may have before you sign it.
Definition of Coaching:
Coaching is an alliance, not a legal business partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
Description of Services
The coaching service to be provided by Heelheid Business Company are group coaching program, masterclass, private mentorship, mastermind, system implementation, workshops and others not stated at this time. Each service/product is designed for its specific form of delivery communicated to the customer before or at the point of purchase.
Responsibilities
Heelheid has the commitment to provide coaching, training and support to the client during the challenge to enable the client gain knowledge on how to achieve revenue inflow for the client’s online business.
The client is expected and required to invest 80% minimum participation during trainings, tasks and implementation through and after the challenge.
Purchase Price policy
Although we believe the price is fair for the value that you receive, you understand and agree that the purchase price for Heelheid Business Company products and/or services has been arbitrarily set by us. This price bears no relationship to objective standards. You understand that payment for Heelheid Business Company products or/and services is a secondary confirmation of your awareness and acceptances of this contract completely.
Refund policy
Client can request a refund only within 12 hours after any purchase. In the case of a refund, 15% administrative and charge back processing fees will be applied. There will be no refund after 12 hours of purchase of any of our services or products.
Privacy policy and earning disclaimer
You understand that you are responsible to keep private, all personal, revenue statements, operations, marketing and sales systems and processes, resulting from other customers, students or participants of our services or products. Heelheid reserves the right to document all sessions for reviews and/or feedback purposes.

If you rely upon any figures provided, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well as the information provided as we do not know your background, your work ethic, your dedication, your motivation, your desire, or your business skills or practices. This disclaimer applies whether the earnings, or income examples are monetary in nature or pertain to advertising credits (which may be earned whether such credits are convertible to cash or not).
Media releases
In the case where any footage or/and image or/and content is to be used for media purposes either for promotion, social proof or/and advertisement in the case where it includes your image or/and content, you will be notified with a request of your consent.
